When do people get emails about approvals

I thought it would be a nice thing to know about the timings the approval emails come. So that people are not anxiously waiting to see a surprise email in their inbox.
Are are email approvals sent anytime during the day or as I read in some posts,are these emails sent at a particular time at night in bulk.
Please share the timing of your approval emails so that others know when to expect and they should check their emails.

I don't think that there is any timing for sending mails. But they are sending in some batch process that runs at every xx amount of time.

I got my (means mine or for my family members) approval emails for EAD, address Change, AP, I-485 Approval, at different times. In fact I got my 485 approval after three days of the actual approval. So, I think we cannot say a particular time.

I think it is 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM CDT. So for people in EST, please add 1 hour, for people in PST, please subtract 2 hours from this. This observation is valid for VSC ONLY. I track a bunch of cases in different portfolios and have observed this pattern on 95% of the emails that I have received for updates on those cases.

I also did FP2, had EAD ,AP twice but no emails.
I had turned emails on when created account, did that again to confirm but no emails.

Hi, guys,
I saw some of you got emails notice from INS. I am wondering how come INS have your email address. I don't remember I give them my email address when I apply for I 485. Is there are a way to register for the email address?
