When do I send my papers to KCC?

Hi there,

Unfortunately I am not very knowledgable with all of this DV Lottery business and am hoping that someone out there might be able to help me out a bit.

In April I received a letter from KCC stating that I have been selected for the DV Lottery 2006 which I interpreted to mean that I can send my completed paperwork to KCC next month when the fiscal year officially begins. However I am a bit confused about that now because having read a number of different forums, I see that some people have already received an interview time for their greencards. Does that mean that I am actually late in sending in the application forms that they sent me? I am from New Zealand which is in the Oceania region.

Any feedback from those who understand this whole DV process would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much for that, it certainly answered my query. I will send my application papers first thing tomorrow, hopefully I have not jeopardised my chances by waiting until now to send them.
