When do I need to get married by?

I started my PERM application last month. I am dating someone who is on H1 and whose employer will not sponsor his GC application for 2 more years. If I want to add him to my green card application, when is the latest we should be married by so he can get his GC through my application. Thanks.

I hope that you can even marry him any time before ur GC approved. or you can even marry him when ur EAD is approved and waiting for the GC. so, that time you can add him to you application process. and as soon as u get the GC interview you both will get approved for the GC
