When did Priority Dates retrogress last year - March 2000 or April 2000

Does anyone know - when did the PD\'s retrogress last year
was it current in Feb and retrogressed for March ?
was it current in March and retrogressed for April ?

VSC seems to be going upto Feb cases for issuing FPs
Maybe they are covering all the cases whose PD is current till the
PD retrogression occurred - this may give an idea of the visa numbers ??
