When can we apply for Citizenship?

According to the BCIS website the process is taking 10 months in our region. If we have met the requirements for living in the US, etc. can we file right away after 4 year and 2 months pass after pp stamping? So when the 10 months are up it would be around 5 year and we will get it right away...please advise.

File 90 days before your 5th year anniv as a PR. File earlier -> get denied... It does not matter how long processing takes, you can file only at a certain date
