, when can i re-apply for a new H1b, last one expired etc

Hello all,

My h1b expired last August. My LC was at the local SESA for ever , probably still there, so I left in july and got a job here in UK

I have had an offer recently from the US and in light of a similar thing happening again

Do I have to wait a full calendar year before applying for a new visa (H1b), or do i have to stay out a calendar year, ie apply in say feb 2003 , but not show up till july 2003 ( which was when i left, july 2002)

the company in US is willing to wait upto 4-5 months.

Sorry I'm not answering your question but rather asking one.
My H-1 is going to run out soon too and I might have to leave the US for a year. Working in UK is one of the options I am considering. It would be very helpful for me, if you could shed some light on how you went about getting a job in UK. Any recruiters that you would recommend etc .
