When can I expect to get RFI or FP?

Does any one know normally how long does it take for USCIS send out RFI or FP from the time they received your application? MY ND for I-485 was July/04.

You know it's difficult to say exactly how long it takes since it varies from person to person. As per mine it took me 5 long years to get that. I was granted asylum by Immigration judge on 1999 & applied for 485 on 2000. Had received FP notice on 2000,2001,2004. On March 2005 received RFI for medical, on July finished my FP code 2. On September received notice for code 1 FP notice. Still waiting for GC. Who knows what's my fate. I just wonder if I'm lucky enough to see that in my lifetime.
But good luck for you. Hope your luck ain't gonna be like me or some other poor fellows who are waiting for this for quite a long time.
Keep your head up & hope for the best. That's all I can tell you at this point.
