When Can I expect FP notice

My RD is 05/17/02, Haven't yet recieved FP notice. Curious to know what's time frame around which to expect FP notice.
 
It took me 4 months to receive the FP notice

But I don't believe early FP will speed up the case.
 
On-time FP will not delay the process

As long as your FP results are ready when your files are picked up for process, you'll be fine. As El Liu mentioned, early FP won't speed up the process but probably won't hurt either since FP results are valid for quite a while ( 18 months? ).
