When can I expect approval

No Title

We EB1s appear to be getting hurt for some reason. I\'m seeing TONs of EB2 and EB3 applications with dates well after ours go through, and we EB1s are hurting. What gives?

I am in a similar situation. I also feel like EB1 is approved later than EB2. From immitracker, you can see so many approval of eb2, but not eb1.

Are you and EB1 as well? Any developments on your front? What is your ND?

Mine is 1/31/00 and I\'ve contacted my senator\'s office to try and see what they can do, and they actually being told that right now VSC is processing Octiber 1999 cases - which just doesn\'t make sense coz. I just saw a Chinese approval with ND 2/00.
