When can I enter USA on H1 visa.

I got my H1 visa stamped at Mumbai consulate last week. It however does not specify the date when I can enter USA. It has an issue date and an expiration date. What is the earliest date when I can enter?

What's the H-1B validity period as indicated in the Notice Type box? You can enter upto 10 days before the start date.
