when can I change job??

hello guys,
here is my case:
140/485/EAD/AP 7/27/04 ND
140/485 9/24 AD

I didnt yet get the notice ...
When can I change the job??
since it took only 2 months to get 485 approval for me , Do i stil need to wait for 6 months (AC21) or I am free to move after getting approval.

Please please do write something regarding this.

AC21 is during I-485 stage and not after approval. This issue has been discussed in many forums/many times. Check out the following thread

this is a free country - you are free to do what ever you want. there is no one asking you not to do anything. at the same time be prepared to face any consequences that your action might cause.
