When can I apply the EAD? <90 days???

I have to file my EAD and AP soon. MY EAD is expiring on 8/7/2006 and AP on 8/8/06

Do I have to count 90 days from 8/8 backway and then only can file the EAD? Or I can file now which is may be 95 days?

Also I know I have to go for FP for online EAD.Do I need to go for FP for online AP?

Please help.

I think it would be better you file EAD renewal file right now..........whether you are using or not. Filing EAD renewal before 100 days was adviced.

If you file a little before 90 days then you will be able to get an iEAD if your case is not approved before 90 days. However, If you apply way too early then you risk losing the remainder time on your old EAD since your renewed EAD will start on the day its approved. I hope this helps you in making your decision.

Just one question unanswered. If I file online AP , does that need FP?

Nowadays the EADs validity is being issued from the expiry of the previous EAD and not the Approve date.
