When can I apply for N-400?

Hi Guys,

I got my

• 2 Years Conditional Permanent Residence 01/21/2010 - 01/21/2012
• Applied for Remove the Conditions of Residence and they sent me one year extension letter
• Got approved for Remove the Conditions of Residence in 11/1/2012

my question is the one year extension can be count as the 3rd year if i am married a US citizen?

The 3 year clock for your eligibility starts with the approval of the conditional card. Your 3 years will be complete on January 21, 2013, and you can apply as early as 90 days before your 3-year GC anniversary if you have completed 3 full years of marriage to a US citizen.
