when can i apply for citizenship

I am a Green Card Holder. My permanent residence was approved on Jan 31 of 2002. When can I apply for Citizenship. I have two kids and a wife. Son is in 10th Grade & daughter is in 7th Grade. If I need to apply for Citizenship, what forms should I use for me my Wife and Kids. All are legal permanant residents since Sep,1999.

Since your spouse is not a US citizen, you can apply for your naturalization 90 days before your 5th year anniversary (1/31/2007), assuming that you meet the other requirements.
