when can i apply for citizenship

this is for my mom

came to usa as a greencard holder on jan 2002.for the last 65 months my mom stayed in the usa for 43 months . in this 22 months (she stayed for 11 months, 1 month, 2 month, 4 month, 4 month respectively)

my question she stayed for 11 months from july 2002 to june 2003.

does this affect her us citizenship

is there any other options
 
If you are saying your mom was out of the US for 11 continuous months, she almost certainly broke her continuous residence, and would have to wait 5 years from the date of her return in June 2003. (4yr+1day rule probably doesn't apply as the break in residence was less than 1 year)
 
Yeah, can you be clearer? Did she stay out of the US for 11, 1, 2, 4 and 4 months, or in the US for those periods?

Can you perhaps do something like

Gets Green Card
In US for N months
Out of US for M months
In for ...

she came to US jan 2002 stayed in USA for 7 months then outside usa for 11months. Then 3 month in USA and 1 month outside US.Then 12 months in USA and 2 months OUtside USA. 8 months in usa then 4 months outside usa finally 8 months in usa and 4 months outside usa.

Based on that clarification, I stand by my original post. She'll become eligible to apply 90 days prior to the 5 year anniversary of her return to the US after the 11 month trip. That puts it somewhere around April 2008. You do the exact math.
