When are mistakes in forms important?

We are DV2007 winners, we made some not important mistakes when filling the forms, sent them and now we called KCC and they said that our case is fine, forms are aceptable and we are waiting for interview.

My question is when these small mistakes can be important during the KCC processing or at the CP interview??
