When Ac21 Is Going To Be Implmented Into Regulation??

I am wondering when AC21 is going to be an AC21 or not AC21? When are
they going to make it to follow it or not follow it decision?? Any AILA and insider meetings that can give any hint about it??

I heard TX center started official annoucement on I485 portability and
are practising really diligently. When NSC and others going to follow
the suit? Please post if you happen to know..
 
When can I expect my GC.

I applied at Vermont Service Center details as follow:

EB2...MBA USA
RD....Sep 14, 01
ND....Nov 09, 01
FP....Feb 22, 02
EAD Applied...April 8, 02

My company is not doing well and chances are we may go out of buisness. How safe am I? When should I expect my GC? When can I expect my EAD? Should I start looking for similar job? My I485 has been filed more than 220 days.
