I had my interview on April 12 in San Francisco, but was not approved only because officer did not get my A File from CSC. Interview went fine, and she said that she will send approval letter as soon as she gets the file. My lawyer sent an inquiry in scond week of June. Got response in two days, which said that we are waiting for A File. Now it has been four months. What can be done. Any suggestions? Specifically, if somebody went through this situation, please, share experience. I'm going to ask my lawyer to send another inquiry.
