You had posted that AVM changed much after actual RFE generation on June 25th. What does AVM say? Does it say RFE mailed on June 25th or at a later date? Please let me know. Looks like LD has not received my RFE eventhough AVM says it is mailed on June 25th. Any information will be very helpful. Thanks.

vsc9909, sorry i took some time to respond. As of this morning, LD didn\'t receive my RFE yet. The AVM goes like "on June 25h, 2001, we requested additional evidence ......". When I talked to an IIO, I was told that a RFE has been issued for employment letter pertaining to my old I-140 and I did not ask the IIO explicitly whether it was mailed out on June 25th or not. I assume so. I will wait for next couple of days and will call the INS to verify whether it\'s been mailed out or not. One of my friend\'s wife received an RFE yesterday (for medical). As per AVM the RFE was issued on June 20th. Give it one more week, we should be o.k. by then.
