What's the situation of my EAD Clock counter?

I completed my interview at the asylum office in SF on November 1.
I check my online case status everyday.
It says "your decision is pending."
When I call USCIS to check with my receipt number; it says "Your case has been pending for 99 days and the EAD clock portion of the USCIS is currently running."
My 99 days have stuck for the last 5 days. It has to be 105 now but it is 99.
I was told the notice letter would be sent to me. I haven't got one yet. And I haven't got other requests, like attend a new interview or submit documents.

According to my knowledge, if I had been referred, the DAYS should be keep adding up and I didn't cause or request any delay. Why the EAD clock keeps running but the days have stopped? What happened to my EAD clock days on pending decision?

1- if it stopped counting and it says the ead clock is currently RUNNING, it has bad meaning ...

2- if it stopped counting and it says the EAD clock is STOPPED, it has positive meaning (approved)

Hi Loli 555,

'My decision is pending' so what you say may be wrong. I called the asylum office and they told me my case is being reviewed by a supervisor now. What you say is true if my 'decision was mailed.' Thank you for your help

Unfortunately most likely it’s referral to court! Stay strong
