whats the police certificate? where do we get it from, any police post? Kenyan help

i am still trying to put together all the documents i should have with me for the interview.

The police certificate, where do I get it from? is it from any police station in your country or ..............

what specifics should i give the police to include in the letter/ Certificate, some one from africa or kenya where am going to have my interview should help me.

The police certificate is obtained from CID offices in Kenya. If you are not in Kenya use the Embassy.
