Whats the pattern for approval

Hi Guys..

Pls help me to understand this..When i see the USCIS processing report ,it shows Sep'2003 for I140..then how come people with RD as March'2004 getting approval for EB2..(for both I140/485)???
Just curious..Does it mean that the report USCIS has is not correct at all...
Is it all luck???? :confused:

Pls share yr views..

EB2 RD I140/485 concurrent 11/09/2004.
 
Nobody knows what pattern NSC is following. According to trend, NSC is still doing concurrent adjudication for EB2 cases. So, if you lucky(like stonewall and bigbadwolf) enuff than you might get your concurrent approval of I-140/485 in less than a yr.
 
processing times and time for application to be considered for approval which you see on notice does not mean or make any sense when it comes to 140/485 applications at NSC so just ignore that and track applications on this forum , it is more useful. they dont follow that.
