What's the most IMP date now for 485 approvals

What's the most important date for 485 approvals now for applications having PD date prior to 1/1/2002?

Is approvals based on PD of labor / FP date/ 485 RD Date? :confused:

I think is the ND 485 dates...But we are consistently getting 485 approved whose PD < jan 1 2002...Havent seen any any cases which has proved this theory wrong...
 
I think it could be the Priority date!!!

My 485 was approved on 1/27/2005...

My priority date was Decemeber 2001..
