Hey,

Since i got the RFE for medical, however no Paystubs and W2 information!!

What's the likelyhood that i get another RFE for the employment related stuff?

I am just wondering as i am at this point in the case where it would not make sense to get another RFE???

Could you please give your thoughts on this!!!

My prediction is there wont be any more RFE. Look at your ND. I think, you should expect approval.

Yes you are right. You dont want to send any more information than they have asked.
 
i had a medical RFE too. no more RFEs received. It was received by BCIS on 3/22 and approved on 4/1. U may want to expect the same the fact that ur second Fp is also done. I believe they will have everything current.

U should be approved soon.....I definitely hope
 
did you change jobs

if yes, send employment letter to preempt another rfe.
if not then you should be okay with just this one.

sorry didnt look at your signature. you should be okay since you didnt change jobs. expect approval in less than amonth after you send reply. do it asap since you are done with fp2, you can expect quick approval.

Thanks for the support!!! I'll be kind of shocking that i'll probably be approved after 1 month of sending RFE.

I have been in the country 14 years, firstly i was on F-1 and then H-1 goes for 7 years.....

Can't imagine the journey has been so long and the case should have been approved in 2002. However, here we are fighting the most f-uped system in the world.

I have two Senators, both Republican and Democrat, working on the case! Atleast that's what they say..................:rolleyes:

They have been good in getting the response... and sometimes if Vermont does not have anything to tell i kind of call the immigration officer. They have said that I should be getting the RFE and FBI check/namecheck is cleared. Also 2nd FP's were receieved.

Let's see what stops them now...!!! (Atleast i cannot think of anything).


BTW, i just had my medical exam done again! It was dent in the pocket, and had to pay $250. Most of the information helped because i did BSEE here and the vacinnations were current. Hopefully, the insurance will pay some of it.
 
Don't send INS extra documents that they didnt ask for. The likelihood of having 2nd RFE is remote though you can't predict INS.
