What's the defination of illegal immigrant!What if a person on papers seems to be in-status but currently (and in the past technically speaking have violated the immigration rules i.e, worked w/o work authorizations or falsified info on forms), would this person be considered as illlegal or legal!

Illegal, at least once the goverment finds out about your misdeeds (if you falsified certain documents, the designation could easily become: felon).
