Whats the avg time to get through the Busy line ?
Whats the avg time to talk to IIO after getting through the Busy line ?
Any specific time window in which its faster ?

1.Averege waiting time to get the line: it depends upon your luck, but you have to redial contineously. if you are lucky enough, you
may get it in the first 20 mins of contineued dialling.
2. to get the IIO, between 10 to 15 mins.
3. morning: 7.55 am to 8: 30 am or noon 11:30 to 1:30 may be before the close at 3.45 pm

Really varies.

I tried and gave up today around 12 noon. Tried for an hour, and I previously (2 times) it did not take that long.

IIO was about 15 minutes...
