Since EB1/NIW have different way to give the PD from other categories, is it possible the approval is decided by both RD and PD? Why don't we have a new thread to figure out this issue? ic

We are not EB1/NIW. Our labor were sumitted in March/ April 2001.

PD/RD have no effect or whatsoever on approval. It all depends on the guy who works on the file -- if he had a bad day then the file sits there for ever... I think thats the fact.
