since someone mentioned NRC after calling
IIO, anyone knows what the NRC is doing.
It looks like some go to NRC after INS receiving FP. But some not.
Why does the NRC step take so long?
It's before FP-NO ident or
after FP-no ident?
Can someone bring up some ideas?
I am worried my case: 02-041-5 SJ
