My aunt in Chicago was to our lawyer and he said that our I 130 is approved....and that as you explain me here is the first step to green card for my mother and her family. My aunt gave all documents in June 2001......so he said that we must wait for about year or year an half...(today they look towards 22.FEB.1999).....I am interested now what would be next steps of getting my green card?????
