Whats my Priority Date? PD retrogess soon. Are We Safe?

I applied labor in 5-Jun-03

I-140 applied in 26-FEB-04 and approved in 31-MAr-04
there is a priority date whick shows " 05 June 03". Is this the priority date

I-485 RD is 30-JUL-04


I am talking about the PD the will retrogess soon( recent news) to an earlier date.

to What date it will retrogress?
