What's happening with GC approval???

Hi guys,
I am very confusing with GC approval recently. My RD is Dec 01, still haven’t got approved yet while I saw a few Aug 02 already got approved. I know some early 01 ND or even 00 ND are still waiting, I really don’t know if CSIS really follow the FIFO or not. When I suppose to get my GC?

RD: Dec 01
1st FP: Aug 04
Medical and BIO code 2: Aug 05
BIO code 1: Nov 02
Waiting………………..
 
I see you've done your bio in November, so probably by the end of January you will get good news. I was approved few days ago, but still, I have to wait until get a bio notice. I too am confused how USCIS is working and what pattern are they follow...

As per '' RFE received 08/22/2005 '' I'm pretty sure that our folk's RD is oct 2001.

What is RFI date has to do with RD or ND date?

My ND Sept' 02 and I received RFI in August' 05.
 
It is Oct 2002, it i is indeed very early and fast approval, for which of course I am happy, but seeing how they, USCIS, are handling the cases I am afraid I am gonna have to wait long time to get the bio app. letter.

Yep.When we post,we need to be very clear with words.You're talking about RFI which is very different from RFE,used by our folk.RFI is initial step in case process and RFE is really final step when you go by papers work.When you read posts,you're gonna find no RD 2002 RFE on Aug,2005.RFI on Aug,2005 for RD 2002,yes I agree.But RFE on Aug,2005 all belong to RD 2000,2001.There wouldn't be a confusion if our folk said RFI.

ign82, was your case processed at TSC or NSC?
my ND is a year later than yours (10/03). they received my RFI on 12/02/05 and LUD is 12/06/05. If I get my GC a year after you, I will be the happiest man in the world. :)
