Whats happening to Feb Filer

Guys,
According to 15 month rule my FP expired on 6 August 2003, are the guys who filed I485 in Feb 2002 getting 2nd FP notice.

I got 2nd FP notice

I guess all are getting that notice if your FP is about to expire.

my RD is 02/27/02 and 1st FP : 4/30/02 and second FP 8/30/03

I agree with 1amShantanuB . My 1st FP notice date was 4/30/2002, but I gave it on 4/2/2002 itself. If I had given on 4/30/2002, there would have been good chances me getting approval without 2nd FP.
