I\'m coming back to this site after the "vaccation". I\'m still on milk\'s waiting list. What I observed in the last few approvals is that if the message was "...Pending review" it is getting approved . other message like " ..... processing resumed" is NOT getting approved even though RDs are same (I\'m in the second category). Its purely my observation.... I may be wrong.
Any ideas ?

Have you not observed a guy with "processing resumed" got approved in today\'s postings. It is happening for both messages. Don\'t worry. Good luck.
 
what is the difference between the two messages

does the message "pending review" imply that the case has been assigned to officer.
 
"processing resumed" means that FP has been received but case not yet assigned to officer

 
 
but even after FP, people get message pending review and after sometime...

it says processing has resumed. It is purely luck...
it really doesn\'t imply anything.
