All-
I filed my I-140 in Aug2002 as substitutelabor from NJ based CompanyA and got approved in June2003.In the meantime i filed I-485 in Feb2003.I'm done with my 2EAD's and 2 FP's.But in Nov2003 i joined permanent with the client based in Orlando.I keep sending the AR-11's but i maintained my cousin's address in NJ on my I-485 throughout the processing.
Now i got an RFE for EVL,Paystub and W2's. I've everything but the issue is my W2's and Paystubs shows different address(Orlando Address) than on my file(NJ Address).
Now my lawyer says to get an offer letter from the sponsor(previous employer) since he's NJ based and if the case gets transferred it'll be transferred to NJ.I can get the letter from my previous employer. But does it really needed. Is the lawyer going to make the case more complicated by showing the case as Future employment?
Does it really matter for INS if the address varies from W2's to the file? The client which i'm currently employed is a very famous client. So do they really consider this as an issue?
Please advice me the best approach in this regard.
