What's going on?

My 140 LUD has changed 5 times this year. Today both of my 140 and 485 LUD changed to today's date...How do I take this....+ve or -ve?

Concurrent filing: October 29th, 2003. EB3
 
Dude - any update to your LUD is good. IMHO - It means they're looking at your file and your decision could be round the corner. Good Luck!
 
You'll most likely see an approval or RFE in the next few days. Although some people see a bunch of LUDs and then nothing so don't get too excited (a little excited would be OK)
