whats going on with VSC?

HI,

There were very few 485 approvals from the last two weeks. whats going on with VSC?
Seems like the VSC officers are on a Spring break. After one month, its very obvious that the officers will go on Summer Holidays. They would return after two months of vacation, work hard for one week and go on a road trip to Vermont's woods to see fall colors. Work for 2 weeks, Then bingo, here comes Merry Christmas......Happy New Year.....

When are we gonna finally get released from this Hell,, Man.....really frustrated......
 
I got my approval letter on April 15 2005. Surprisingly the plastic card came next day. I've started my GC application in September 2001, but I got couple of RFEs in between. You should get it soon.

status update prob

Hi All,

When we apply for the first time how long(period) they will issue the EAD.

I applied in November 2004. It haven't got approved in 90 days. So I went to the center on March 3 2005 and got the interim EAD they gave around 9 months.
My Advance Payroll got approved on March 31 2005.

Still today when I enter the Receipt Number of EAD on their site its shows as pending. https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/c...earchDisplay.do

Anybody have any idea whats going on.
