what's going on at NSC?

NSC is progressing very slowly.

From that statistics, it is obvious that NSC is much much slower compared to TSC. There is something else that keeps the NSC people busy.

Hi folks,
I noticed that the EB1a at NSC has been processed on Sept 07, 2006 and NIW on June 29, 2006. the receipt dates of my cases (08/28 and 06/28) were before those dates, however, I haven't recieved any update or news from NSC !!!
Anyone on the same boat?
When the processing dates go 30 days past your RD, you can call Customer Service and initiate an inquiry. Or, you just might get approved before then!
