What'll happen if I was adopted as another country's immigrant?

Hello guys, I have a series of questions.

I am currently in Asylum status in the US. What will happen:
(1)before getting green card I am issued an immigration visa by another western country? Will US revoke the protection due to this visa? what if I got the visa but won't land that country until it expired?
(2)after getting green card I am issued an immigration visa by another country?

If the info I provided here is not enough, please also ask for my supplements. Thanks guys for your inputs very much!
 
If you become an immigrant of another country and if the US is aware of that the US will revoke your protection.
