Whatever happened to 485 petition?

Would it be possible for the senior members (or people in the know) to give us an update on the 485 petition efforts? Was it ever sent?

The petition was sent out two weeks ago to TSC and to the BCIS director. No replies yet. Mr. Khanna’s office folks told that they will post in this forum as soon as a reply is received.
