Hey guys,
   I checked the AVM and it says that the INS have send a letter requesting additional evidence or information. What would it be? any idea? They said they have send it yesterday(01/30/2001). How long does it take to get their letter? How long more does it take after sending in the needed information?

Any help or advice is appreciated.

They may ask some missed documentation perhaps. Some times attorneys might have send or missed some documentation. See the below comments

According to Ciba\'s website, the possible documents asked in request for evidence in 485 stage could be:

1. Documents to prove that your have always maintained status before filing I-485;
   2. Company\'s letter for continuing employment;
   3. Tax returns and W2 form (three years or so);
   4. Recent pay stubs (three months or so);
   5. Medical redo;
   6. Marriage certificates;
   7. Birth certificates.
