What would make something UNDELIVERABLE?

I have been recieving notices and everything from the USCIS and so far nothing has been sent back to them as UNDELIVERABLE.

I am now currently awaiting on the arrival of my EAD card which was aproved, and was sent on SEPT. 28 (as how it was stated on the case status). I have been reading some posts about peoples cards being sent back to USCIS for some odd reason.

What would make something undeliverable?
How would someone know if a notice or what not was sent back to USCIS?

Is your address the same as it was when you mailed paperwork or have you moved and reported the change of address?

I did not mail the paper work, but my lawyers secretary did. The adress has been the same one and like i said notices and everything else from USCIS have been getting sent here and nothing has been returned.

Any possibilities the card has been sent back, or am i just to excited? LoL

Oh, where do the cards/notices come from anyway? Does mailing time depend on where you are located? I'm in NJ...

From what you told us, your card should be in the mail. You should get it tomorrow or Monday.

I honestly don't know. I hope you resolve it soon. Sorry
What I do know is The cards are sent from Missouri, The NBC National Benefits Center. Your card should arrive tomorrow or Monday.

Im sorry but I must say...Welcome to the Club....

I don't quite understand what your Lawyer will do to resolve this...keep us inform on what your lawyer does to get your Letters.

Also, DON'T CALL USCIS TO HAVE THE LETTER BE RESENT! I would write to the Missouri place and tell them your situation and that the letter is not being resent.

I wrote to them a week ago, Im praying for a letter in the mail.

best of luck to you :)

Thanks Brenglen... But it is not that I am having problems per say but I am just being anxious and started getting worried about not getting the card even though I have not really missed anything in the mail that was sent back to the sender.

I reviewed my documents that my lawyer filed and on all of them has my current address (no address changed at all)

So, I am hoping that i will get it today...Thanks Brenglen and Good Luck to you as well!
