The documents in the second NL:
1) which says: This is an official notice to you to continue processing your application..... This documents will be shown during interview.
2) Medical checkup form(s) for adults and children, if any, which need to be brought to a doctor who will do physical checks such as checking eyes, mouth, ears, nose holes, height, weight, heart beats, asking previous vaccines. I had a feeling that he was also checking for any sign of drug abuse, since he was holding my hand checking it carefully.
Then he will send us to check blood test for infectuous diseases (venereals, HIV) and X-ray for TBC I guess. These ones I think are the important ones, while other checks are secondary in nature.
Results of the checks will be sent directly to the doctor who will evaluate and send report to the embassy. You could call the lab though, like I did, enquiring whether everything is ok, which fortunately for us was the case.
3) A piece of paper mentioning case number, applicant name and beneficiaries (spouse, children)
