I have a question regarding the EB2 unused visa numbers for Fiscal Year Oct05-Sept06 based on some confusing posts.
According to my understanding Eb2 Unused visas will be allocated to the retrogressed/oversubscrible countries in EB2 category itself first.
Does that mean that EB-2 India, which hasn't moved a bit in last 3 bulletins, should get some respite in the last bulletin of the fiscal year. (I am assuming EB2 unused visas, if any, will be equally divided between oversubscribed countries India and China in EB2 category.
Some people posted earlier that it will be passed to EB-3 world category.Doesn't sound logical!
