I recently got notice from INS informing me about resubmitting medical reports, I know my lawyers did sent them but never got notice of the receival. I got another copy from INS doctor and sent it out a week ago.
From the auto-phone service of VSC, the forms were received 3 days later, I was told to wait 365 days to 540 days.
My God, what should I do, INS process my files 3 weeks ago, will they reprocess my files soon? my H1 will expire in 2 months, I seems in the queque of lay-off.
Any one who has the experience, please offer me some idea... ... please.
