What will happen to LC's filed in Jan 2005?

Hi All,

I have a question regarding LC's that are filed in, let's say, Jan 2005. What will happen to those LC's?

  • Are they gonna' get transfered to BEC's right away and end up in the bottom of the FIFO queue? :eek:
  • Are they gonna' end up in National Processing Centers? :confused:
  • Are they gonna' continue to get processed by the SWA's itself?

We just filed a RIR case from Maryland and was not sure whether it's a good idea to file from MD rather from PA. We can file from PA where the status says "shipped to backlog centers".
