Company based in NJ is sold out, and the new company is based in Texas.
This is a consulting firm and my end client remains the same.
It is more than 180 days (VSC -- RD Nov 01, 2001) since I applied for I485, and I have EAD.
1. Should the new company do a H1 transfer?
2. Will it cause any probelms in my I485 petition?
3. How should I proceed further?
