What will happen if the USC spouse is sponsoring more than one relative...?

A good friend of mine who is preparing his AOS applications asked me a question which I could not answer... I appreciate if GURUs can comment on it.

His wife (A USC) has already sponsored for both of her parents GC. They are here in the states and they have not been a USC yet. She has also filed for her sister abroad and she will have her interview at a consulate in a few weeks.

Now the question is, can she file I130 for her husband, despite the fact that she as already sponsered 3 of her relatives? Is there any limitation(timewise,...) on this? Her income is above the 125% of the poverty level for a household of 5 which covers everybody she has sponsored.

Any comment or advise is appreciated...

As long as her ihousehold income is above 125% of povertyline for household size, she is fine.

As long as the 125% income requirement is met, there is no limit on how many immediate relatives a USC can sponsor (considering the fact that you have a very limited number of immediate relatives :D). This applies to relatives in other categories as well.
A sponsor's obligation continues until the sponsored immigrant becomes a U.S. citizen, can be credited with 40 qualifying quarters of work, departs the United States permanently, or dies.

Thanks....

Thanks amishah and ari4u... Then I guess she would not have any problem filing for my friend, since she works for gov and her job is not as unstable as industry!
