What will be my fate?

Fellows,
I've read quite a few posts on this forum since I discovered it yesterday, and I must say you guys are doing a fantastic job.

My humble question is, how do you guys think the the obama Immigration Reform (if it does happen) will affect those of us on removal proceedings? I came to US on F1 and graduated from a 4yr college. But then I won the GC lottery and started the application process only two months before my OPT expired. I couldn't beat the deadline and I was denied. Ever since I've overstayed for 4.5 years.

Any reponses will be appreciated.
 
Nobody can tell. Anything you will hear is conjecture until the bill is actually passed. If you've not committed any crimes, going by previous amnesty criteria, you should be fine.

Nobody knows. You still needs congress to pass the law, not an easy task. Then you need for the "potential" new law to forgive those already in removal proceedings. The devil will be in the details. Good luck.
