Usually they release the memo in the later afternoon, please wait with some patience which we've gotten enough for the whole I-485 process. You will see it before very long.
 
WELL DUH!
If you've followed this forum since Monday, you would have learned that there's no new rule for fast approvals!.

All that is coming is a clarification/safe harbor on AC21 for those who have been denied I-485 because the I-140 were revoked by the sponsoring employer while the I-485 had been pending more than 180 days.
