I was wondering.. as some already know, my interview was in August of 2006, so I am waiting for "backgrounds pending checks" for 2 years and 1 month.

I am wondering anyone waited longer than me??

why would I google for FBI namechecks, if by "background pending checks" I meant: FBI namecheck, board-patrol namechecks and 3rd party namechecks agencies.

My FBI checks have been clearead out long time ago, it is 3rd parties checks that are holding me down.

Probably because he didn't know that you meant "FBI namecheck, board-patrol namechecks and 3rd party namechecks" since you didn't say that. All you said was "background pending checks".

it think we all know in order to get the full PASS, you have to have ALL background checks cleared out. It was obvious to me.

I personally only thought there was an FBI check - never knew there was such a thing as "board-patrol namecheck or 3rd party namecheck"

Maybe I was the only one here to whom this was not obvious.
